NRI doctor says he had hands in the Glasgow failed bombing

Sabeel Ahmed a doctor from Bangalore confessed that he was awareaboutthe failed bombing at the Glasgow airport.
His brother kafeel ahmed smashed a car full of gas cylinder and detonator at the airport but he could not detonate the bomb and was badly injured in the accident.
Later he died at a hospital due to severe burn.Sabeel was among the several others who were arrested by the polie in the connection of the failed bombing. Sabeel was arrested on June 30 2007 and charged under the terrorism act.
Sabeel pleaded guilty to failing to tell police information about the bombing and he had known about this attack.
On June 29 last year, two cars containing petrol, gas cylinders and mobile phone detonators were discovered in Central London. The next day the burning Jeep Cherokee was driven into the main terminal building at Glasgow Airport.
Jonathan Laidlaw, for the prosecution, told the court that the airport attack was intended to be a suicide mission after the earlier attacks had failed.
He said: "One assumes that the nature of the attack in terms of what was planned had changed because of the failed attempts in London.
"They appeared now to have been working on the basis they were likely to be arrested and the attack to be conducted at Glasgow was to be a suicide attack likely to result in the loss of both their lives."
This incident took place after the chain bombings in London and that had created a high tension between the Asian people and the local Europeans.
They saw everyone with suspicious eyes and at some places they were attacked too.
