Computers on sale for general public for first time in Cuba

First time ever in the history of Cuba computers are on sale for general public.
Thanks to Raul Castro (younger brother of Feidel Castro)who took over as president in february for bringing reforms after he freed up cell phone use and Cubans access to luxury hotels.
After all such efforts from Raul Castro computers are still a dream for Cuban people because of its price,it is sold in hard currency or convertible pesos that are worth 24 times more than the Cuban pesos.
However there are still some appliances that are out of bounds for the average Cuban. Air conditioners won't be available until 2009.Toasters until 2010 due to limited power supplies.As in Cuba there are power crisis
