Career - Khali signed WWE contract on January 2, 2006.Khali made his in-ring debut on the April 21, 2006 edition of SmackDown!, defeating Funaki.Khali played large number of matches against big players of this field like UnderTaker,John Cena,Rey Mysterio,Big Show etc.His success ratio is very low to be called as Superstar of WWE because he has lost to every other big players.
Khali as a Superstar - Indian news channels like Aajtak,Star news and others have started to telecast special shows on Great Khali making him even bigger than his name,they showed his family and telecasted special interviews creating an image in mind of people that he is undisputed champ which is not right.These news channels presented Khali as a national hero but is it so?? I think he is not because what he is doing in WWE is for personal benefits and fame,there is nothing patriotic in his actions.Now it is upto the people of India to decide whether to consider Great khali as national hero or not.
