Vixture: A Gaming Championship this summer in India

Zero Friction(ZFriction Ltd) together with Electronics Arts has announced Vixture gaming championship in India.Vixture gaming is also supported by MTV.The prize money for this championship is Rs 50 lakhs.
Electronics Arts popular games Crysis,Need For Speed ProStreet,Cricket 07,FIFA 08 and Fight Night Round 3 are the part of this championship.
The main attraction in this championship is Crysis because in India, gamers are getting the chance to play this game for the first time.Crysis is a thrilling science friction based shoot game which is being played by five members team.
In the championship, each team has five gamers and each team member will have to play five games.All competition that will have preliminaries in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune between May 15-May 30, 2008.In Final List there will be 64 teams and final will be held in Mumbai on june 13-15,2008.Top team will get the prize of Rs. 20 Lakhs and runner-up team will get the prize of Rs. 10 lakhs.Top gamers in each of the five games will get Rs 4 lakhs.
Company is targeting over 50,000 gamers from more than 500 top gameplexes through this championship.
