American explorer Phoenix Lander has got success in discovering water on earth in form of ice.It the important discovery on the Red Planet for the scientists. Phoenix updates confirming presence of a white shinny stuff, which sublimated. It says that its suerly ice .
Phoenix made an update saying that some white material was found on the Mars. The shinny matter sublimated in some tome. It confirmed that the matter was ice. The matter was earlier doubted to be some salt .but after its sublimation it was confirmed as ice.
Phoenix dug a trench on the arctic circle of mars .After digging around 3 feets a ice was found . It found dise sised ice pieces .It was covered with a layer of dirt. the discovery of water on Mars is very important because it will help in finding that whether life exists on mars or not. Scientists said adetailed image taken under the Phoenix shows one of the craft's three legs sitting on coarse dirt.
scientists are thrilled with the discovery on ice on Mars. Principal investigator Peter Smith said after seeing the series of images there was nop doubt and we were confirmed wbout the ice on Mars.
