BSNL (Dataone) Connection
BSNL works in as usual government style i-e late service and no customer support,if your connection goes down nobody is there in BSNL to listen to your problem moreover if you apply for a new connection it is not sure when the person from BSNL will come and install the system,even if your modem gets installed you have to wait for a call from Bangalore BSNL office which will tell you the password and then you can use your connection.The most important disadvantage of taking BSNL broadband connection is irregularity in bills,they used to send bills cumulatively i-e sum of bills of three or four months which becomes difficult for customers to pay.
Other Connections
Other connections provided by either Tata Indicom or Reliance are too costly and not affordable by common man.
So it is now upto you to decide whether to go for an Airtel connection or BSNL connection.
If a big company is providing good survices in one or 5 states than you can not say that service of partiocular company are good.
What bout UP,MP,CG and all north east states, where services of Bsnl are really very bad xcpt in few cities in these states...
ooh mister.........BSNL broadband service is best in haryana.....it's far ahead of it's competitors in terms of pricing n speed(n yaa it's customer support is also appreciable here..infact here they sort out y'r problems in at max stretch of 24 hours.)..n one more thing if u r in bangalore n BSNl is not upto y'r mark in y'r city that does not mean that it's same everywhere.......n why u r giving names of UP,bihar etc....u tell me is airtel's services r appreciable in sikkim or mizoram ...better reseach out before putting y'r idiotic thoughts against body/company illogically..YAHHAN TO HAAR KOI SALAAHKAAR BANA GHOOMTA HAI.
