
Warren Buffett again bought home more compensation in 2007 than two billionares who run the company.Warren Buffet is the Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.Buffett and Berkshire Vice Chairman Charlie Munger kept their salaries at $100,000 again in 2007.
According to Forbes magazine,Warren Buffett is the richest man in the world.Earlier this month, Forbes estimated his wealth of $62 billion and $2.4 billion of Munger.
Marc Hamburg was the highest paid employee of Berkshire in 2007.He is the CFO of Berkshire.Hamburg received compensation of $723,750 in 2007,which includes $11,250 contribution to a defined contribution plan. That is up from the $673,500 compensation he received in 2006.
Buffett also received compensation of $75,000 for serving other companie's boards.Berkshire didn't give any compensation to Munger besides his salary.
On 3rd May Buffett and Munger in Berkshire's annual meeting will answer the shareholders questions.Berkshire owns furniture, insurance, jewelry and candy companies, restaurants, natural gas and corporate jet firms and has major investments in such companies as Coca-Cola and Anheuser-Busch.
